You may be asked to complete online questionnaires for the Health Risk Assessment and you may have the opportunity to discuss your results with a wellness professional one-on-one, but it will all be private and confidential. Smoking is a personal choice, but it's also an addiction that increases the risk of cancer and cardiovascular disease. Lifewellness Institutes has created smoking cessation programs that incorporate education and support. We may also recommend a smoking cessation support group or additional wellness counseling. Sharing personal medical data with your employer is illegal. The Lifewellness Institute never shares confidential medical information with your employers. We do provide general information and statistics on the overall health of the company. We utilize this data to design the most effective program possible, without sharing any private information.
